Mustafa Patat
Patat Consulting — Retail & Real Estate Consulting
Mustafa Patat works across real estate development, shopping center development and management, leasing strategy, commercial concept development and investment advisory. His career began at JLL as a research analyst, where he built shopping center feasibility templates and automated analysis systems. Over the following years he took on business development responsibilities, rising to Business Development Manager and later to Manager within JLL's Retail Center of Excellence — across more than seven years, his remit spanned new business acquisition to portfolio profitability. He then spent six years as a partner at Alkaş Consulting, advising shopping center projects across Türkiye and the region, alongside retail consulting and real estate brokerage work.
He holds a degree in Statistics from Yıldız Technical University and an MBA in Real Estate (with thesis) from Bahçeşehir University, and completed advanced studies at Özyeğin University's Alp Alkaş Retail & Real Estate Institute. He has been a GYODER member since 2015.
